SMS Consent

Users can choose to receive SMS messages inside the NOVA mobile app.

Consent is collected via an optional toggle (disabled by default) during signup or in the user profile.

SMS consent is not required to use the service.

SMS messages are strictly transactional and may include order updates, job status notifications, and communication between customers and technicians.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Users can opt out at any time by replying STOP or request help by replying HELP.
